TERMS & CONDITIONS
At StatueDecor.com we strive to make our customers buying experience a
pleasure. We will work with you and answer any questions you may have on
products or shipping information.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Within five days of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied,
contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may
then return the product to us in the same condition we shipped it and we will
promptly refund your purchase price less restocking fee. Shipping costs and
special order items are non-refundable.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full (US currency only) before we can ship. We accept
money orders, personal checks, certified checks, credit cards including
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
For in-stock items we will charge your card at the time the order is placed.
Out-of-stock and special order items we will charge a 50% deposit and the
remaining balance on the day of shipment.
All Prices are subject to change without notice.
All products are shipped F.O.B. from our warehouses and are shipped on behalf of
the customer.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We only ship within the continental United States.
Items are shipped via Fedex Ground and USPS for smaller orders, larger items or orders will ship with a common freight carrier (we get several quotes to assure
the cheapest freight rate).
Freight carriers will only do curbside delivery and will not bring the merchandise into your home or set it up.
All accessorial charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These must be
arranged prior to shipping.
Accessorial charges include lift gate service, advanced notice of delivery,
customs fees, broker fees, tariffs, duties etc.
Shipping prices are subject to change without notice.
Whenever possible StatueDecor.com uses surplus boxes and packing materials to
help reduce your overall shipping costs and the effects of these materials on
the environment.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery. For special order items and
out-of-stock items, allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Some special order items require longer production time and may take longer. We will do our best to estimate shipping times, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise call us within 5 days
to arrange for a refund or exchange. You will be issued an RMA number to return
the merchandise.
Returned packages must be insured for the value of the merchandise. Repack the
product in the original packing material and prepay and insure the shipping. You
are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise and for all shipping
costs.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
All in-stock items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Special order items are non-refundable. Special order items are items we do not
normally stock and are ordered specifically to fill your order.
There is a 50% restocking fee on all returns from outside the continental US and
you are responsible for all shipping costs.
DAMAGE & SHORTAGES
If an item is received damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving
the packages so a claim may be filed. If the box shows obvious signs of damage
or you can tell the item is damaged refuse the acceptance of the shipment and
have it returned to us.
Report the damage to the delivery driver.
If you determine that the product is damaged after the delivery driver has left,
you must contact us within 24 hours. PLEASE KEEP ALL OF THE ORIGINAL
PACKING MATERIAL AND THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE FOR INSPECTION OTHERWISE NO CLAIM,
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND CAN BE ISSUED.
Small scratches and or scuff marks are not considered damage and we will be
happy to send you touch up paint to fix these small imperfections.
Items are not always shipped as a single unit. In the case of product shortage,
consult the packing slip for back order information. If the item missing isn’t
on back order please contact us.
BACKORDERS
We will inform you if an item you have ordered is not available. Back ordered
items will ship automatically upon arrival at our warehouses. If you wish to
cancel a back ordered item you must contact us and we will cancel the order.
CANCELLATIONS
We will ship your order as quickly as possible, if you wish to cancel an order
you must contact us immediately. If the order is already shipped you will be
responsible for returning the merchandise to us and for the restocking fee.
Special order items cannot be cancelled once the product has left the factory.
